We are glad to invite you to take part in our new Road Show Spring 2008 – Russia East. It includes such cities as Irkutsk, Ukan-Ude, Vladivostok, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, Khabarovsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Magadan.

Please also note that in all of those cities we have our offices or our partners who will be responsible for the "follow-up: after the event.

The cost for taking part in every city is (in USD):

• Irkutsk - 1,150 USD
• Ukan-Ude - 920 USD
• Vladivostok – 1,480 USD
• Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy – 1,370 USD
• Khabarovsk – 1,580 USD
• Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk – 1,560 USD
• Magadan – 980 US

The cost of participation includes rent of exhibition venues, accommodation at hotels (B&B), SI Gala Dinner in each city, airport transfers, interpreting and advertisement.

An approximate cost of air and train tickets between the cities is (in USD ):

1. Irkutsk - Ulan-Ude - 135.00 (train, one way)
2. Irkutsk - Vladivostok – 410 USD
3. Vladivostok - P-Kamchatskiy – 380 USD
4. P-Kamchatskiy - Khabarovsk – 320 USD
5. Khabarovsk – Y-Sakhalinsk – 250 USD
6. Khabarovsk – Y-Sakhalinsk – 250 USD
7. Vladivostok - Magadan – 380 USD

Please note that the prices for the tickets are the matter of change. We will let you know the exact prices for domestic tickets after 04, February 2008

Please advise what cities you are going to take part in. We do not expect you participation in each city but it will be highly appreciated.
