We are glad to invite you to take part in our new Road Show Autumn 2009. Please note that this time it will include 2 days FAIR in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk and 5 optional cities

• Magadan
• Krasnoyarsk
• Irkutsk
• Ulan-Ude

Please also note that in all of those cities we have our offices or our partners who will be responsible for the "follow-up: after the event.

The cost for taking part in every city is (in EURO):

• Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy – 1,120.00
• Magadan – 960.00
• Vladivostok – 1,365.00
• Khabarovsk – 1,230.00
• Krasnoyarsk - 1,200.00
• Irkutsk - 980.00
• Ukan-Ude - 970.00

The cost of participation includes rent of exhibition venues, accommodation at hotels (B&B), SI Gala Dinner in each city, airport transfers, interpreting and advertisement.

An approximate cost of air and train tickets between the cities is (in EURO):

1. P. Kamchatsky - Vladivostok - approx. 280 EUR
2. Magadan - Vladivostok - approx. 285EUR
3. Vladivostok - Khabarovsk – ( night train) - 95EUR
4. Khabarovsk - Krasnoyarsk– approx. 235EUR
5. Khabarovsk - Irkutsk - approx. 205 EUR
6. Irkutsk - Ulan-Ude – (night train) – approx. 80EUR

Please note that the prices for the tickets are the matter of change.

Please advise what cities you are going to take part in. We do not expect you participation in each city but it will be highly appreciated.

We kindly ask you to confirm your decision to join our Road Show by August 28th.
